Justyna and John were married earlier in the year in Brazil in a beautiful location. When they received their images there weren't many pictures showcasing that they were married in a tropical destination. I was so excited when Justyna contacted me and explained the vision of recreating beautiful wedding photos while they were visiting Hawaii. They brought the Wedding dress and Tux on their Kauai honeymoon to create some more images together as Mr. & Mrs. showcasing the tropical vibe they were looking for. It was so fun to connect and create together without the pressure of a wedding timeline, guests and all the other dynamics that make up a big wedding day.
We met up in the evening down on the Southside in Poipu in one of my favorite spots to enjoy sunset. We walked along the cliffs watching the big waves hitting the lava rocks and feeling the Tradewinds blowing across the Pacific.
We explored along the coast, coming to some sweet little private spots where they could drop into their breath and connection with each other. It was so special to witness & capture their love and sweet, deep bond. We slowly made our way down to the beach and basked in the gentle light that glowed on the cliffs of Shipwrecks Beach.
We wrapped the session up by heading back to their accommodations for a quick outfit change to watch the sunset & ended the evening drinking delicious papaya shakes on their lanai, talking about our journeys in life & love.
